OUR DESIGN PROCESS FROM CAD TO PROTOTYPE

CAD (computer-aided design) is the use of computer technology for design and design documentation. CAD/CAM (computer-aided manufacturing) applications are used to both design a product and program manufacturing processes, specifically CNC machining. CAM software uses the models and assemblies created in CAD software to generate tool paths that drive the machines that turn the designs into physical parts. CAD/CAM software is most often used for machining of prototypes and finished parts.


3D Design


The video illustrates a 3D rendering of a swivel motion after a model was designed.

Using various types of software to simulate external factors, our prototypes are tested until we find the greatest range achievable. Through stress analysis and material testing, we continue to improve the lifespan and sustainability of the machine.

A complete documentation is included in our final feedback.
